The pallet dispenser frame is made of 100x80 heavy structural tube with rails built on 200mm thick plates adjustable to the pallet width and length

Its basis consists of a platform powered by a hydraulic cylinder, which working simultaneously with two pneumatic cylinders, pushes the stack up and then deposits one pallet on a chain conveyor, which delivers it to the following system.

The pallet stack may be placed in the dispenser by means of a lift truck.
The pallet dispenser is commanded by a PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley) placed in one of the structure sides, where also the starting/stop and power commands are located.
